Hi Lephuoc,
'At the end' is usually used in connection with another phrase and 'in the end' can stand alone.
Look at this sentence: We looked everywhere for somewhere to eat and in the end (finally) we found a restaurant at the end of the street.

Hi,
'In the end' suggests 'finally' and 'at the end' is usually linked with the preposition 'of' and refers to time and place as in: We left at the end of the concert/We live at the end of the street.
When you are talking about a series of events, you say 'in the end' to describe what you did finally.
