What are the chances of me getting a scholarship? I got 770 in quant/ 360 verbal

Hi. I gave gre last week.. I got 770 in quant and 360 in verbal. Now i have a few questions..

1)What are the chances of me getting a scholarship?... What are the criterias for scholarship ? My average percentage in college was 75%.
3) Are the number of seats available for admission in Spring less than that in Fall?... Is the diference very significant?
4) I am not able to decide in which field i want to do my MS. Is there a good site which can help me. Also is there a good site which explains the various criterias of selection by universities.

I would be very grateful if somebody can answer all my questions.. Um really really confused.. Please help.
