I don't understand your questions, Ganesh, but your sentences are mostly correct. I suggest:

1. They are probably also trying one of the latest diet strategies that promise miracle fat-burning and weight loss.

2. They may behave rashly and even change their entire workout or diet program! And of course, there are others doing variations.
