To get, can be used.

Weather is a non-count noun, so you can't assign it an indefinite article. You can't give me a (one) weather.
Girl (note that you shouldn't say 'it' in reference to a girl; use 'she') is a count noun, and you can refer to individual girls. _________________ Plan to be spontaneous tomorrow.
