To get, can be used.

If he already has the job, then, " He's got / He has "

If he hasn't, then, " He's hoping to find / He's looking for "

Weather is a non-count noun, so you can't assign it an indefinite article. You can't give me a (one) weather.

Girl (note that you shouldn't say 'it' in reference to a girl; use 'she') is a count noun, and you can refer to individual girls.
