I am working in a organisation and m studying ICWAI so i need half day leave to attend the class in every week end regarding this i would like to write a letter to my boss. Please correct my mistake and help me.

Dear Sir,

Sub:- Half a leave for studies.

I am Raghu working in your organisation from past 13 months as an accounts assistant.

Newly i joined to ICWAI course, in this course they will conduct the class in week end days, that is every saturdy at 2.pm and sunday classess.

i am requesting you to give half a day leave every saturday for 6 months and i have exam in june 10th 2010. i need 20 days leave for this exam.

i hope you will do needfull.
