I would say 'history-laden', that would be the most true translation for 'geschichtstraechtig'.

Under this historical Ambience close to the market I invite you heartily.
trächtig = pregnant, (applied mainly to animals and never to women).
You can also say: "To this historical ...".
But the preposition 'into' is not suitable there.

This is my interpretation: "I am cordially inviting you into this history-laden ambience close to Viktualienmarkt"
So this is wrong?

No, it's perfectly ok the way it is.
But opinions are like a**-holes, everybody has one.
Only thing is, Google tells me that it is ambiance not ambience, but after checking it just seems to be another form.
Perhaps you should check it in the dictionary.
