It's a reference to the idiom "Don't count your chickens before they hatch", which means to not make plans on expected results, until you have seen the actual results.
The speaker is sarcastically telling another person that they should interrupt black's counting (of chickens that haven't hatched) if he's already begun.

'Counting the chickens' means assuming that everything is going your way. The sentence here is mentioned in the context of a game (goproblems). Black is the colour of the balls.
So, if your opponent is assuming that heshe is going to win, be unkind and and interrupt himher -- make a wise move and win the game.
