I did technically join this site without paying attention to what it really was, as I am a native English speaker and even though I am here, I would like to ask a question to non native speakers.

Would you call English one of the world's hardest languages to learn? I hear that enough but would like to know from a student's point of view. I would be happy to help anyone here who is struggling with English, because my dream is to become an English teacher in Japan and teach it as a second language.

I would like to be able to practice my Japanese, if anyone here knows it. In return I can help with English to an extent.
