Most jobs will have some pressure, this is what challenges you and gives you the stimulation to achieve job satisfaction. This sort of pressure is healthy and what helps you do a better job. If this pressure is excessive and you feel inadequate or unable to cope, then this is stress.

Stress has a detrimental effect on our performance, it makes us behave inappropriately. In order to cope well at work we need the skills to learn how to respond well to these difficult situations.

In this course we focus on the knowledge to recognise the symptoms and sources of stress, and then to know the different ways to manage these which will benefit you, your colleagues and your organisation.

And to know :

What stress means to them.
Be prepared to manage difficult situations more effectively.
Recognise the physical and behavioural symptoms of stress in themselves and others.
Apply thinking models to develop constructive and positive approaches to everyday problems.
Know how to relax and take time out to re-energise.

How to prevent stress becoming a problem.

How to develop a balanced and stress-free culture and environment.

Here ,we start with :

Defining stress - the difference between an adrenalin kick and stress.
Mapping the Causes of Stress - personal and workplace.
Identifying physical and behavioural symptoms of stress - recognising changes in self and others.
Personal responses - to pressure and how to develop more positive ones.
Thinking strategies - the brain and methods to develop rational and constructive thinking.
Stress-proofing - Techniques for change and self-monitoring.
Relaxation and time out - the need for mental and physical calm.

Then

More ways to manage difficult situations.
Techniques to help you think more positively and manage your time.
Ways to enhance relationships with colleagues and clients whilst maintaining motivation and creativity.

Yes , we have to step outside " Our Box" ,our comfort zone..because if we stay within it, I think that our progression will be average!

I believe in equality among all citizens not only in politics but also in Food, Dress,Dewelling,Empolyment,Education, and Medical Facilities.

I believe that Flexibility is the key in politics and practicality is the key for achieving a target.
Yes ,to change the culture of our mind ,organization...somethings you can Fix with a band aid ...
Somethings require Surgery !!

It is neither wealth nor splendor, but tranquility and occupation which give happiness.-

Good luck.

Salam
