Just how teachers find the attitudes and treatment of tefl teachers in Germany, people's experiences for good or bad etc etc

You might have to be more specific. There are a lot of factors that determine your situation as an ESL teacher. Education in Germany is mainly financed by the state through a complicated and rather ineffective system. So, if you work for a company that offers funded courses to unemployed people you will have to do a lot of motivating. If you work for a commercial company such as Berlitz or Inlingua your students are clients or customers because they pay for your service direct.
This is probably something you have already found out yourself. What are your experiences as a freelancer in Germany?
