Hi, everyone

Have you heard this song? I searched this song on Google. I found out that it only shows in this song. I'm simply wondering wheather native speakers use this sentence or not.

Heather please don't please don't please don't stop there,
Heather please don't please don't please don't stop there,
Heather you know we know we can go for it,
Heather you know we know we can go for it,
Heather won't you won't you won't you show me,
How much strength behind, inside your beauty,
Heather just go just go just go for it,
Before we die, we know we still got one chance,Heather,go.

And 'Before we die, we know we still got one chance' is a kind of encouraging people to do what they want to do. Am I right?

Thanks for helping out.

.
It is not a set phrase, it is a sentence. Sentences come in an infinite variety. Here, it seems to have the purpose you suggest.
