A 'sound sleep' and a 'deep sleep' are similar, with 'deep sleep' indicating a heavier sleep than 'sound'. 'Deep sleep' and 'heavy sleep' are synonyms.

Antonyms would be a 'restless sleep' for 'sound sleep' and a 'light sleep' or 'dozing' for 'deep/heavy sleep'
