What does "just up the road" mean in the following context?

His house is just up the road to Anna's house.

a. far from Anna's house.
b. near Anna's house.
c. next to Anna's house.

b) is the correct answer

Just up the road indicates, a short distance away.

B is correct, although the question is incorrect - it should read "His house is just up the road from Anna's house."
