No more messages

Please, I've asked you several times to stop sending me messages concerning all the topics. I don't want to receive any others messages and I really don't know what to do because even though I click on the link to stop watching the topics I get about 10 messages a day which is unbearable. So please tell me how to log out.

Regine, at the bottom of the e-mail is a link to click on to un-subscribe from this Forum. Just click it and you are GONE.
