Some people prefer to work in groups on projects, while other people prefer to work alone. What are the advantages of each, and which do you prefer? Use details and examples to support your response.

I would say, work in groups on projects or work alone, both have their advantages. It depends on person, in which environment he feels good to complete his work. I am a kind of person who would prefer to do work in groups on projects. There are many reasons for that. These are as follows.

If we work in groups, the work load is distributed among the members of the team. The work load does not come on one shoulder. Every body has a chance to choose a work according to their skills. For example, we have a project on science. Some people have skills on writing; some have good experimental hand while others have skills on presentation. So, with the help of all team members science project get success. The people who work in groups have many ideas to present the things. In team work, when team does not get success, then blame does not come on one person. In team work, every body is responsible for failure. In team work every body has to adjust him self according to others. So people can get the habit of adjustment.

On the other hand, we do a project alone. In this case the success goes to the right person. Who did all efforts. If a person does alone any project, he can manage his work according to his conveniences. In group project, every body wants to put his idea. So sometimes they get confused. In this case project can be delay. While in the case, a person does his work alone, no chance of confusion so work will be done in time. Person can present freely his idea.

Finally, I would like to say, whether you do your work in groups or alone, it does not matter. What matter is whether you get success or not. So choose an environment where you feel good.

Hello Rashmi, I really have no idea as I am not a teacher, nor am I an examiner.

I would say that it was not a very long essay, and I think marks are deducted for a short essay.Nevertheless, it was pretty good, in my opinion.
