Hi together!

Could someone please explain to me what this sentence means:

"I hope you're all keeping well"
I don't quite understand the word "keeping" here.

Hi Honorfield,

'Keeping' in this sentence suggests either 'continuing to be well' or 'staying/remaining well'.
