Hello Ganesh my old friend. Well, you have really stumped me with this one. Who exactly are you writing this request to? Obviously not the Director himself -- his secretary?

Kitos.

Hi, I am not a teacher but may I know what the context is? It appears that you want to request something from someone. But the sentences you have given sound confusing. It would really be helpful if you clear that up. Could you please answer these first:

1) What do you want to request?
2) To whom you want to request?
