I like to practice my English speaking, I read a lot of book? I can understand it
When I speak English with foreigners, I feel nervous and can not remember words, and don't know how to use it.

I have the same problem with the first one. Now I'm able to read books and newspapers, so the problems is to find words and organize them in order to say what I have to say. I belive that one of the ways to speak quite well is to discuss with someone about a specific theme which touch your senses. In my english school we usually have had debate sessions which helps us a lot.
