I’m Hema and I am thirty years old. I studied in St.Joseph’s Convent and at a college in Joythi Nivas. I’ve done Bachelors. I’m interested in studying for further qualifications should I get an opportunity to do so.
I’ve ten years of work experience as a Receptionist and as an Admin Executive.
I feel proud to work in the administration depart as we have a lot of tasks in our day to day operation. Everyone from the Managing Director to the office assistants require our help, which makes it a really interesting job. We need to be responsible, and to ensure that what we are doing and deciding is correct, but it is important to take advice from the seniors / colleagues.
Now I would like to tell about my interests. I like to listen to music, reading and like to do something creative in craft works. When (one word)something interests me I love to do it immediately and prove to ( one word)myself that I’m capable.
I am not bothered whether other people like it or not, but sometimes I don’t feel like coming forward because of my inferiority complex. I don’t like people pointing at me or not telling me direct to my face.
Because of this reason my communication skills are weak. I always make up my mind to change my attitude about this, but I’m not able to.
I've been married for six years. My husband Surendra Prakash works for MNC and I’ve a two years old daughter Kaitlyn Samiksha. We are leading a happy family life. I’ve two brothers and four sisters; all are married and well settled.[/i] _________________ If you need me, I'm here. |

I’m working for a private sector as an Admin Executive. Office environment is very good fee it like a home. Its architect designed interior with beautiful Purple colour combination with wooden walls and glass door.
It has a balcony viewing to the main road, and adjacent to conference room with LCD, Polycom, whiteboard, discussion tables with chairs. Next is reception lounge and reception table with digital telephone instrument and desktop. There is sofa’ and tea table in the lounge. Then there are work 15 cubicles and 2 cabins.
There are three partitions for the cubicles each partition are connect with Air conditioner, fire extinguisher, wall units and storage cupboards. The third partition has a server room connected networking links and also there is All in One printer. On each partition wall has a beautiful show piece, which give stunning impression. Same way the cabins are designed each cabin has glass walls with cupboard, table attached to the wall, sofa, book rack and the paper stand. Next to cabin we have small pantry which has refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker etc.

I’m working in the private sector as an Admin Executive. The office's environment is very good. It feels like home. Its architect designed the interior with beautiful Purple colour combinations with wooden walls and a glass door.
It has a balcony view to the main road, and it is adjacent to the conference room with LCD, Polycom, whiteboard and has discussion tables with chairs. Next to it is the reception lounge and a reception table with digital telephone instrument and desktop. There is sofa and a tea-table in the lounge. Then there are fifteen work cubicles and two cabins.
There are three partitions for the cubicles, and each partition is equipped with an Air conditioner, fire extinguisher, wall units and storage cupboards. The third partition has a server room connected to networking links and also there is an All -in-One printer. On each partition wall there is a beautiful show piece, which gives a stunning impression. In the same way, the cabins are designed so that each cabin has glass walls with cupboards, table attached to the wall, sofa, book rack and a paper stand. Next to the cabin we have small pantry which has a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker etc.
Hema, your description of your working environment was very good, but your text showed a marked lack of ARTICLES. You should acquaint yourself with them, and of their usage, when writing texts.
Kitos.
