Thank you Shyone, ................(for new dictionary site)............which solved my query...........I guess In English there are some words like tools for e.g .........................which have different meaning in noun(implement) and verb(application)........Are there any other English words like this............while I search for it........and if you know please let me know.

The word " implement " is readily accepted in the UK as having both of the meanings suggested here. It is only differentiated by the context surrounding the occasion.
