I really apreciate your efforts in helping english learners around the world and your site is really so great. I send some messages to you and I do not know if you have read it or not and also what is your openion in my writing specially using (tenses ), i think it is my piggest probleme in writting english or any other language. Also , I tryed to record my voice message but always i have a problem with internet, I know i am so lasy and your last e-mail emparased me a lot at the same time it push me to contact your site and forum constantly everyday God willing.

Thank you much for your email. I think you can improve your English instantly if you start doing the following two things:
1) Use a spell checker.
2) Follow basic capitalization rules.

I'm referring to the most basic rules which are very simple. The challenge for you will be to change your habits.
