Nowadays they would say, " Get lost!,That's a load of Bullshit."

The phrase 'for one minute' is fairly commonly used, but the overall structure of your sample sentence is not.

Note the reversed syntax, placing the subject (you) in the middle of an imperative sentence. A more normal structure would be "Don't you believe that bullsh*t for one minute."

This structure is a kind of archaic, flowery, or overly poetic style designed to place emphasis on the "for one minute" aspect of the sentence.

Also, be aware that the word 'bulls*t' would be considered offensive to some people. Be sure of your audience if you choose to use it in conversation. I'd suggest, for example, saving it for a night at the bar with buddies, and skipping it in a job interview or business situation.
