To clarify, Morteza asked for the period (time frame) of youth for animals, while the list Kitosdad provides are the names for the young.
For example, 'childhood' is the period where humans are children, childhood being the period, child being the name of a young human.
There isn't a specific correlating name for the period of immaturity in animals. The closest terms are going to be 'adolescence' or 'immaturity', I think.
If you're going to use the list above, then you'll have to address the animals as their named young, versus referring to the the period.
I suppose you could coin the respective terms 'kittenhood, puppyhood, etc.' but those aren't "real" words. _________________ Plan to be spontaneous tomorrow.
