If a person keeps this important consept of " looking only at those people below him" in mind , he will definitly feel that he is better off than many others when it comes to good health , physical strength , and provision such as food , clothing,shelter , etc..
no matter whatever is his situation .So his anxiety and distress will disappear , and he will feel increased happiness and joy in the blessings of Allah which have raised him above others.
