In Malaysia, people rarely can cook traditional food. When you say traditional food, to me it's those food that only my grandmother can cook, or perhaps sometimes my mother too, or even those food that I always heard of, but never ate, or even those names that I got confused with, or those food that I won't be able to have if I don't go to certain places.

But if you mean those food that people cook at home, sure, I think they are more nourishing. And my mother cooks them with love, so that's something I won't get in any fast food chain.

Most people are too busy today, they don't even have time to cook themselves. So fast food is so convenient and I think it's the best choice they have.

I don't like fast food, because it is a really bad stuff for me. But a lot of my friends like it very much. So, it depends on human's health & taste, and tastes differ.
