Looking for MySQL/PHP programmers #1 (permalink) Wed Jun 03, 2009 16:45 pm   Looking for MySQL/PHP programmers

We are looking for a programmer who can clean up an existing email list (MySQL database) that contains about 83,000 entries.

We send emails to the recipients contained in our list and want to remove those entries that bounce our emails. (Either the email addresses don't exist or the mail boxes have exceeded their capicity. Here is an example of the error messages we receive:
"Hi. This is the qmail-send program at rediffmail.com. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out. "

Here is another example:
"This account was solely created to automatically register and then spam as many forums as possible. The account created using this email address should be deleted immediately.

Thank you.

Random Digilante"

Here is another example:
The following message to was undeliverable. The reason for the problem: 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'saurav.mago@tcs.com... No such user' The IP address of the MTA to which the message could not be sent: 172.17.9.35

We use PostFix to send our emails. You will need to use or create a script that filters and removes any email addresses that are inactive or spam. If you have any interest in this job, please contact us via this forum.

Many thanks,
Torsten
