I think 1 OR 2 seem to fit best.

She was deeply hurt by her remarks,she didn't say anything in reply...

1-although 2-though 3- even though 4- as though

Hi Majid,
I see no difference between "Although/Though and Even though".Maybe "Even though" is the adverb of the contrast with more emphasis than "Although/Though".Therefore,choices 1-2-3 could be correct.

I would choose 'though'.

'Although' and 'even though' would indicate to me that the sentence is to be continued.
