None of your sentences are correct because they contain punctuation errors. Here are some examples that illustrate the difference between both constructions:

I don't have a car. (possession)
I'm not having breakfast right now. (action)

I don't have any idea.
I'm not having a good time.

Also, your question should read 'Do they mean the same thing'?
