The steps you need to take to record your voice can be found here.

If you have problems after trying that, you will find instructions and troubleshooting steps here:
Recording voice messages on the forum.
This is a long post, but you need to work through things one step at a time, checking whether your problem has been solved at the end of each step.

Becky Anderson has a very clipped accent, that might be regarded as "RP" -- the British standard pronunciation. She lives in London and has a BA degree in Economics and French from Sussex University.

You can see and -- more importantly hear her British accent -- on CNN's breakfast business show "World Business This Morning".

Hello Bez,

Congratulation on your reading out : The old captain.
It was very beautiful. I want to listen to it several times.

Many thanks:

"Going to pick mushrooms, are you?" called out Mr.Green, the farmer to Neil and Jane. "The fields are full of them, right now! I'll come out and point out the best places and show you the ones you can pick and those which are best left alone."
And shortly afterwards, Neil and Jane were on their way, both of them glad that they were wearing waterproof boots because it was very damp.

Hello Souhila,

Leo Tolstoy's Anna Karenina occurred to me.

" ...surprised everyone by joining in the conversation about mushrooms."

"Take me with you. I am very fond of picking mushrooms," he said, looking at Varenka; "I think it's a very fine occupation."

I remember this part because we used to be fond of picking mushrooms, us also.
