Hello,
I looked up in my dictionary and found two variants of pronunciation. If it is a noun and has a meaning "way, road" we pronounce it as in "computer". But if it is a verb and has a meaning "to make a route, to direct smb on the route" we pronounce it as in "louder".

You need to get a new dictionary, Bogobojasov.
The verb is 'compute', not 'computer'. 'Computer' is a noun.
It has been explained many times through this thread, one is the US pronunciation and the other is the BrE pronunciation. There's no other difference.
