Hello everyone,

What do you think of bad habits? Do you believe we have to try our best to eradicate them or do you deem they define us as individuals and shouldn't be dealt with?

Have a great day.

Edit: Or do you think something else?

Define 'bad habit'.

What I think to be a bad habit others might find quite cute.

And what others think of as a bad habit I might find cute.

So that all depends on the view one has on things.

(I admit though that I have a bad habit that I'd love to get rid of) Embarassed

We are what our habits are, so no one would like to be a bad guy Smile

Gray, some people actually enjoy it. Smile

Andrea, you are quite correct. Do you want to get rid of your habit?

'Sow thought and reap action; sow action and reap habit; sow habit and reap character; sow character and reap destiny' - just a thought I thought'd be appropriate.

Who is a bad guy, Gray? And who judges him as bad?

We are what our habits are -> if bad habits -> bad guy Smile

That was logic Smile

Bad habits don't make us bad people. There are some bad habits that might look quite cute for others, but there are some of them that look as bad habits for everybody. For instance, nose picking.

Someone who picks his nose 3 or 4 times a day will certainly tell you that it is just fine. And those who suffer from rhinotillexomania will also tell you it is fine.

Happytofita,
Nose picking or rhinotell... whatever it is, it's a bad habit. Even though it might appear fine for a nose piker, it never looks nice for someone who has to see it Smile. At least for me. In my opinion, not everything that is fine for us is actually fine, and we should use our brain more often in order to understand that. So what I want to say is that bad habits exist. ;]

Don't think about your shyness as about a bad habit. This is just a part of your personality. Respect it and enjoy!
