It is correct, no doubt about it :)

I have to pick her up.

But is this correct --

I have to pick up my car from the service center.

Or should I say --

I have to get my car from the service center.

Both are OK Gray. The first is better though, and most often used.

You could also say, " I have to collect my car ........................"
