Dare to oppose the law? #1 (permalink) Fri Jun 05, 2009 9:20 am   Dare to oppose the law?

The Party required by the law to disclose Proprietary Information shall promptly advise the other Party as to the proposed form, nature and purpose of the disclosure and shall cooperate with any requested opposition by the other Party.
My question is,Does 'requested opposition by the other Party' has the same meaning as 'opposition requested by the other Party'? In other words,Does the other Party request the former party to rise against the law?
