when i was working in a company importance will be given only to those people who gives good billing to company others are not at all asked. person who deserve more will be paid less and person who deserve less will be paid more. one person will be given incentive to others not. this is nothing but injustice. equal importance will not be given to any body. account form was given to all employees except me . insurance was taken on all expect me. person who is liked by even that person is not making billing will be given incentive. even leave attendence salary wont be deducted.
