Some of you know that I was attending a computer course, and in order to pass the typing test I came here to brush up on my grammar. Unfortunately because of a neck injury I had to finally drop out.

And now the good news:

1) I got a 'First class pass' on the first typing test I did way back (less than 5 spelling errors and less than 5 grammar errors on 5 pages of typing). I think that's not bad for someone who speaks English as a second language.

2) I have been accepted to attend a 1 year course in Business Studies at college, beginning in the middle of September.
So now I have to brush up on Business English as well as on grammar.

If the workload allows for it I want to take an internet course to become an English teacher as well, but that really depends on the workload.

I'm over the moon because I've been waiting for a long time to get the chance to go back to school. Very Happy

Thank you, you two. Very Happy

Dimitar,

due to the lack of practice in the past 2 month I'm down to 45 wpm from 50 wpm.

My aim now is to reach 65 - 70 wpm in September. I will still have to take it easy for the next couple of weeks, but after that there is no stopping me. Razz
