Hello, everyone!!!

I would like to ask something. When do I use 'have' and 'had'? I'm confuse with these two words.

Which is correct, " She have a boyfriend " or " She had a boyfriend " and this one " Does she had a boyfriend? " or " Does she have a boyfriend? "

---I'm really confuse with these two words.

Thanks.

She has a boyfriend. (Present- NOW.)

She had a boyfriend. (Past- before.)

Does she have a boyfriend? ( Question about the present.)

She doesn't have a boyfriend. ( Not now.)
She hasn't a boyfriend.

She used to have a boyfriend. ( But doesn't have one now.)
She did have a boyfriend.
