I inquired several times from that company to send the price catalog of my quartation in person and by correspondences, but they did not (or haven't) send them as yet.

Ganesh, this sentence is not intelligible. Please explain it in different words, so that we can help you. There are also a lot of grammatical mistakes in it, and I don't understand what you're trying to say with the word "quartation", which means adding substances to separate other metals from gold.
