Revolutionary, and a great deal of truth in what he says. They do stifle creativity in children, and the remark about them needing bigger bodies to carry their heads around was hilarious.

His entire speech was hilarious.

But he only speaks about creativity in terms of art. Creativity could be applied everywhere, even in the rigid educational system. And actually a lot of money is invested in creativity in the face of R & D, for example. Folks get paid to be creative; so, it's, to some extent, encouraged.

However, young students are indeed having their innovativeness shut.

He has a good sense of humor. Not just in this video, but in some others. He has a book called 'The Element'. I have not read it, though.
