is it a negative or positive one?
another question : what is the meaning of " to lift your heart" or " to lift something"?

what does this phrase : "to show up something" or "you show up "? is it a negative or positive one?-- To show someone up = to make (another) seem inferior; outdo. It has a negative connotation usually.

what is the meaning of " to lift your heart"-- To inspire hope or enthusiasm

" to lift something"-- This has no specific meaning out of context.
