As the pace of life in today's world grows ever faster, we seem forever on the go. With so much to do and so little time to do it in, how are we to cope? Some people prefer to follow their personal thought, even if it is alternatively all the time. As far as I am concerned, having a carefully plan is considered the most efficient method.

To begin with, having a plan enable you realize the clear goal. Well begun is half done, as the saying goes. If you know your ambitious, you would motivate yourself to learn more. For example, Liyanhong, the founder of the first on-line searching engine in China. He is wealthy person because his early major in Internet successfully gained him the first initial fund for his enterprise and paved the way for the success of Baidu Corporation. In any company, employer prefer the people who are well prepared. Obviously, how significant does hav a plan.

What's more, having a plan could cultivate the sense of responsibility and disciplined. A responsible people always know what he would do in the next step. Meanwhile, he understands which behaviour is forbidden in certain group. Take volunteers for an example, my friend and his collages devote their time and energy to establish a school in a poor country ,where children have no chance to attend to the class because of no money. They spend a long time to do this work, with a belief deep that their responsibilities are helping people without any request. They respect the rule and will be accepted by the public. Indeed, a plan could change a world.

Last but not the least, having a plan would use time efficiently. It can decrease unexpected things will happen, which made people control well and do well. For instance, if I am going to take GRE exam in October, the first thing I need to do is make a detailed plan about how to prepare it. I need 2 month to remember the words, then take another 2 month to taking courses and doing amount of exercises. Instead of watching movie or hanging out with my friend, the extremely thing is to prepare the exam. Only in this way, I could concentrate my energy on it and get full prepared to receive high grade. Therefore, a good plan to success is what water is to fish.

From what we have discussed above, we could draw a conclusion that having a good plan is one of significantly elements in one's successful experience, even though what happen accidently in some occasion will destroy the plan, no one could deny that a good plan will bring a final success.

Eventhough many human choose to have a well-prepared plan before they come to the final decisions for higher results, I think this may not always be right. Sometimes in our lives, quick thought must be the key to the succeed.
In some cases, we even do not have enough time to do a plan, and quick decisions will determine our career. For instance, a company is getting lots of difficulties, the director has to decide either borrow money from banks to overpass this difficult time or file for bankruptcy and accept the failure. Of course this is a huge amount of money, and you will get big trouble if you can't save your company from bankruptcy. At that time, you can't sit alone, prepare a goos plan... . You have to make a quick and lucid decision immediately. The God is testing whether you dare to accept the risk or not.
Furthermore, in daily activities, or in conversations, they always ask you quick thought. For example, it's so ridiculous to ask for 1- hour preparation while your friends invite you to come to the zoo.
In conclusion, I think people should consider carefully in every cases about either a good plan or a quick thought is more appropriate to them. However, in our lives, chances never wait anybody. If you do not take it fast, it will never come back again.
