Hi My essay about attending class is below. Glad to hear comments from you. Thanks in advance ==================================================== Should university students be required to attend classes? ====================================================
The past time, student were obliged to attend classes, if they were absent or even they occasionally did not go to classes, their courses were dropped due to not attending classes regularly. Whereas these days university and high education has evolved widely throughout the world and new type of education has emerged progressively; some of them admit students provided on they surely attend classes, while some university train students via internet and books that they offer to their student. In my opinion, both of them have some advantages.
If students be allowed to not attend classes, they will have more time to study in their home because they will not waste their time to go university. In addition, learning out of class means self control, for example, some student prefer to drink or maybe to eat something while they are studying, in this case they are capable to do what they want during studying.
From my point of view, attending classes has also advantages that some students prefer to join in classes. One reason is that students will benefit from seminar that their classmate or maybe a guest from another university will present in their class and the opportunity is provided for student to ask the vague parts of courses and improving the conception of topics. Another advantage is that sometimes teacher , depend on type of course, will divide classes to small group for discussing that is concession for student because they learn group working.
All in all, from what I have been discussed above, I suggest student should be given the opportunity for the rights of making their own decisions for attending classes. In my opinion, attending to the class as optional brings more advantages for student. |
