Hello, Madjid!
Nice to meet you. 'Especially' is used when you want to single one person or thing out -
"I like fresh vegetables, especially cucumbers", while 'specifically' means that the one thing (person) is considered separately from the other things (persons) of the same kind: "She was waiting for them, especially for John".
