Good morning Sue, and so you will have them, but I have to work with a friend this morning. I'll be back later and will be happy to make any corrections that I feel might improve it.

It is generally accepted that whoever has the ability to work should make efforts to work hard to implement his or her dream. No denying that it takes you such a lot of time to pursue an higher salaried job, and that unfortunately you cannot spend enough time with your family or friends. Some people tend to choose the idle life which would give them more time for their family and friends. On the contrary, as far as I am concerned, my feeling is that the priority assignment for a person is to spend time on the job no matter how many hours they work.
To begin with, if you spend time and energy on your job, the chances are that you could earn more money to support your family. In the fast speed of modern society, the more material rewards you can get, the more benefit you are likely to obtain. For instance, with enough money, your family members could have a chance to travel to other countries once a year, which would broaden their views and bring a semblance of relaxation into their lives. Obviously, these benefits comes directly from your working hard.
What's more, if you spend a lot of time on your job, you could get more opportunities to learn, and be recognised by your company as an exceptionally self-motivated employee. Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, working together is success, which is a remark made by Henry Ford.
Through your hard work, you can get not only the work experience and knowledge, but also expertise and skills in certain fields. For example, I worked in an international company where I met experts and professionals. This inspired and motivated me to learn more specialized skills. If I had not spent time concentrating on the special disciplines, it would have been too difficult for me to get promotion and greater development .
Last but not the least, working hard will give you a sense of self-worth. This means that by being devoted to the job you will receive appreciation and personal approval from society. It is conceived that nothing is more significant than hard work for young people. Playing or chatting with friends will bring you few benefits.
Although getting together with family and friends is necessary, the essential task for modern people is to focus on your job. From what we have discussed above, we could draw a conclusion that whatever time you spend in the job, you should concentrate on working hard to achieve your dream.
Sue, a good essay as usual. Sentence structure needs more attention though.
