In this show "Ugly Betty" they are at a photo session and one of the photographers in charge walks up a model and says "that is wrong, wrong take five, uh, catch-ups"

Could you tell me what "catch-ups" means in this case?

He probably means "hold-ups", meaning a delay in the photo-shooting session.
