today I had english exam in els
and they ask me if I want to join the 6th level or toefl level and I don't know which is better for me and I need your opinion

What do you mean by they want me to join? Are you referring to an English class they are offering? If so, what exactly is the 6th level? At any rate it is good to do something related to are based on the TOEFL because it's a standardized and widely recognized exam.

Here is my suggestion: Sign up with the TOEFL class.
