i listen to tapes , watch english movies and solve some of english tests
but i fell dispersed and my improvement is very law and i don`t know the right way

Yes, you are right ! .. That depends on what she wants to learn about ! ..
There are so many English audios about learning gammer or daily life conversations or only for having fun . And at all she can get a very good accent by imitating the speakers .
And of course chatting is a good common way to practice what we learn =)
