Movies and televisions, which have entered our lives several years ago,has greatly impact on both our life-style and our thought. Some people argue that movies and televisions led young people to produce bad behavior because of violence and sex in them. On the contrary, as far as I am concerned, my feeling is that movies make positive effects on the young's behavior.
To begin with, serious and good movies make us learn a variety of knowledge. Through a movie or television, we can understand the principle of survival, the view of the world, even the outlook value. No doubt, the knowledge we have learn in school is very limited, but in the media, you could obtain necessary supplements for broadening your view. Discovery, for example, one of the most popular programs, which narrates myriads of stories that we never heard. The news which we watch it every night, could help us receive the newest incidents all over the world. Obviously, it is of great benefi to us during the whole life.
What's more, good movies enable us gain the life experience that we have not had in our real life. Just think about the magnificent scenes and background music the Lord of Ring bring us, the deeply moving words that Jack left to Rose in the freezing sea when Titanic suck, the magic that Harry Porter show us in the fantastic world. You would never refuse these movies. Every man dies, but not every man really lives, such a remark from Braveheart, which tell me to make a goal, then pursuing your ambition to achieve it.
Thanks to the television, we can watch Olympic Games with millions of people, we could trade the stock on-line at a blinding speed. If our life without movies or televisions, how we imagine the life would be?
Although media involves some negative aspects such as sex, violence, war, the advantage of watching them carry more weight than refusing them.
From what we have discussed above, we could draw a conclusion that movies and televisions could broaden our horizon, simultaneously , offer us more opportunities to become a different whole perspective person. |

Hi, SUE. I am definitely fond of your ideas. They are very convincing and vivid. Even though i recognized some of your mistakes here, let it be corrected by kitos^^.I like the word"simultaneously" very much. And the last thing i got confused is whether you used the right word "suck" here. |

" I'm so appreciative of your encouragement." " I will try my best to improve my writing."
Sue, regarding your essay, I am surprised at your usual standard having slipped so badly. Your first paragraph in not good. I say "not good" but I really mean something else that cannot be written here.

Movies and television, which entered our lives several years ago, have greatly impacted on both our life-styles and our thoughts. Some people argue that movies and television have led young people into bad behaviour because of the violence and sex seen there. On the contrary, as far as I am concerned, my feeling is that movies can have a positive effect on the behaviour of the younger people..
To begin with, serious and good movies help us in learning . Through a movie or television, we can understand the principles of survival, the different views of the world, and even change our outlook on things. No doubt, the knowledge we have learnt in school is very limited, but in the media, you could obtain necessary supplements for broadening your view.

The deeply moving words that Jack said to Rose in the freezing sea when the Titanic sank. The magic that Harry Porter shows us in the world of fantasy You would never have experienced these sights and feelings without films or television.
"Every man dies, but not every man really lives," such a remark from Braveheart, which tell me that we should personally make a goal for ourselves, then pursue our ambitions to achieve it.
Thanks to the television, we can watch the Olympic Games along with millions of other people. We can trade on the Stock Market, on-line, at a blinding speed. If our life was without movies or television, how can we imagine our lives would be?
Although media involves some negative aspects such as sex, violence and war, the advantages of watching them carries more weight than refuting them.
From what we have discussed above, we could draw a conclusion that movies and television could broaden our horizon, yet simultaneously , offer us more opportunities to become a person with a totally different perspective.
