i request you to please tell about "Has Been" word in detail, especially in passive Voice.
Can u please tell me difference between
My Address has been changed and
My address is changed.
I desperately need the difference betwwn them.

Actually, "My address is changed" should be "My address has changed." Sometimes it sounds like "is" because in speech it sounds like "My address-s changed".

"My address has been changed" is passive voice, and may imply that someone could have changed the address against the speaker's will.
"My address has changed" is also passive voice, but is more common than the first example. This sentence doesn't give any information about who changed the address, but implies that the speaker probably did it.
"I have changed my address" would be the active voice, and clearly identifies who changed the address.
