This is Mohammed Albaadani my qualifications are bachelrs science of nursing and advanced posgraduate diploma , my level in english is intermidate , and i plan to work in USA and i prepare my self now for TEOFL test ,so i need to guide me carefully about how to get the score and pass the exam?

I think you need to spend some time posting and reading posts on the forum. I think the time is not nigh for you to take the TOEFL test. You need to spend more time with the English language. You can take TOEFL tests here and assess your abilities before planning to take any further steps.
