TOEFL® test preparation (8th August 2009 from Chennai India)

Hi All,
I am planning to give the toefl test on 8th August 2009 from Chennai India.
I would like to know from which books I should prepare to really perform well on the exam.

I have the following books with me:
1) Toefl by Delta which has 6 full length test
2) Official Guide to Toefl
3) Kaplan

I have around 40 days to prepare for the test.
So any suggestion about how to prepare for those days will be really appreciated.
